Lorraine Kilmartin works as a free-lance development editor of religious education materials, and is an adjunct lecturer in theology at Saint Mary’s University. She held the position of editor in chief at Saint Mary's Press from 2001 to 2008. In addition to the managerial duties associated with that role, Lorraine was the theological reviewer for all materials published by the teen division. She also authored an innovative card-deck called Stressbusters for Teens. Prior to moving to Minnesota, Lorraine taught religious studies and served as department chair in a Catholic high school in New Jersey.  She earned her M.Phil. in religious and theological studies at Drew University and her A.B. in religious studies and theater arts at Heidelberg College.
