Since 2003, Saint Mary’s University has offered degree programs in Apple Valley at the Partners in Higher Education site. The Partners in Higher Education, an agreement among Dakota County Technical College, Inver Hills Community College and Saint Mary’s University, was formed in response to growing educational needs in the South Metro.
