|Client Support Specialist|

The Client Support Specialist I will provide direct support to end users with an emphasis on the coordination of audio/visual support needs for University events. In addition, this role will provide backup support for other AV equipment as needed including but not limited to classrooms and conference rooms.

|Education and Experience||
High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of IT experience or an Associate’s degree. Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field, Certifications (A+, Microsoft, etc), and experience in Crestron/Extron enterprise control systems preferred.
