|IT User Services Manager|

The User Services Manager will oversee all User Services staff on both the Winona and Minneapolis campuses and ensure that end users are receiving appropriate assistance. This position is also responsible for planning, designing, and analyzing the organization’s Helpdesk according to best practices, while ensuring high levels of customer service quality and availability. This individual will develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure consistent service levels and quick resolutions. The User Services Manager will also contribute to problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on support to end users. Additionally, the position will work closely with IT leadership to identify, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for the University.

|Education and Experience||
Associate’s degree, 5+ years of IT experience, and 2+ years supervisory experience required. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have valid driver’s license.
Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field, Certifications (A+, Microsoft, etc.) and ITIL Certification.
