Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota seeks an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Program Director of a well-established Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services graduate program. This is a full-time, annually-renewable, benefits-eligible position located in Minneapolis.
This motivated individual will be responsible for the leadership, direction, and administration of the program. Overall responsibilities include overseeing and leading: development and assessment of the curriculum; recruitment and development of teaching faculty; recruitment, retention, and advising of students; and scheduling of courses. General administration of the program includes overseeing the budget, supervision of staff, and assistance with the cultivation of clinical practicum sites.

|Education and Experience||
A doctoral degree in a related field required (ABD considered if nearing completion). One of the following licenses is also required: Licensed Psychologists (LP) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and experience in the field after achieving licensure. Higher education experience is preferred in academic administration and graduate teaching/advising, and experience with specialty accreditation is welcomed.
