Dr. Beekie is a Core Associate Professor in the DBA program.

Dr. Beekie enjoys gardening, fishing, biking, cooking, beekeeping, and reading.

    Leadership development, organization development, organization behavior, negotiations, executive communication, storytelling, and emotional intelligence.

    Raj’s Current DBA Candidates are conducting dissertation research on:
     
    • An exploration of factors contributing to unemployment rates among Somali immigrants in Twin Cities, Minnesota.
    • The effects of government policy on entrepreneurship activities in Minnesota.
    • A study to uncover the risks, challenges, and potential of doing business in West Africa.
    • Measuring entrepreneurship intent among rural Iowa students exposed to a structured entrepreneurship program in fifth grade.
    • The economic impact of Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-Cell Therapy for treatment of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL): A study of the economic impact of CAR T-Cell Therapy in terms of treatment costs of NHL in the state of Minnesota, U.S.A.
    • Financial inclusion and economic development: A case study of Kenya and a comparison within some African union countries.
