Open Mic Night

One of the organizations I am involved in on campus is a group called Open Mic Night (OMN). This group started my freshmen year. The group has taken off since then. We now have about 150 people showing up to everyone we do. This is astounding. OMN meets once a month in the student lounge. Every single time the performers change and the dynamic changes. I have seen people do stand up comedy, music, dance, and poetry. It is a crazy group. I really like the variety of the acts. It is open to any student and faculty on campus. Anyone can come up and simply do whatever they would like. We have a page that I will attach.
