Jazz Show

At the end of the semester the jazz ensemble performs in the Page Theater. I was privileged enough to be aksed to mix this show. This is something that I love to do. I love mixing big groups like the jazz ensemble. And I love the theater’s sound setup. It is a digital board with several on board processors that are fantastic. Additionally, the theater sound system sounds phenomenal. Since the system doesn’t really ever change, the room can be equalized to absolute perfection. It was wonderful being able to mix this. I really like helping my friend and peers and I think this is something that is extremely necessary in the music field. I love mixing shows like this. Its great.
