The Business Office handles the financial affairs of the university. Services provided include accounting services, accounts receivable, accounts payable, student accounts, budgeting, staff & student payroll, staff benefits, Perkins Loan administration and risk management.

The Business Office is located on Saint Mary's Winona campus in the lower level of Saint Mary's Hall, room 32. The office is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday during the academic year, and from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the summer.
