The classroom technology includes bright projectors which provide students with colorful, clear reproduction of materials presented by the instructors and students. The projectors are connected to digital document cameras which provide flexibility in the sharing and displaying of printed document and transparencies; the classroom computer or faculty and student laptops so that digital materials can be shared; as well as CD,DVD and VCR players for presenting recorded materials. Ceiling speakers provide an even dispersion of sound so every seat has clear playback from various media sources. In many classrooms the technology includes the ability to capture audio, video, and computer generated content with the class capture system (Tegrity) which provides the class activities to be recorded and played back as streaming media (24/7) for student review.
