Financial Affairs is part of the Business Office and manages the functions of financial accounting and analysis, payroll and benefits, support personnel, buildings and grounds, tuition and collections, risk management, bookstore and other vendor services, college and conference centers, technology, media and the computer center.

The goal of Financial Affairs continues to be to provide timely information, quality services and pleasant facilities for the entire university community.

The office for the Vice President for Financial Affairs is located in room 32 in Saint Mary's Hall. The office is staffed during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) throughout the academic year.
