• Pearson comes to Saint Mary's after spending two seasons as an assistant coach at Hamline University.
• A four-year letterwinner during her playing days at Concordia-Moorhead
• Pearson was the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's Player of the Year — not once, but twice.
• Named to the All-MIAC First Team three times, was a D3hoops.com All-West Region first-teamer twice, earned MIAC All-Defensive Team honors on two occasions, and was a D3hoops.com All-American her senior season.
