Michael Arfsten has extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations in executive, finance, compliance, and technology positions to help them implement strategic priorities and operational objectives. He has extensive experience in nonprofits implementing financial management to improve budgeting, performance, and compliance. Michael currently works as an independent practitioner and consultant, and teaches various finance courses in the M.B.A. program at Saint Mary’s, in addition to teaching ACM Nonprofit Financial Management.
