Sharon Rodning Bash currently serves as the program director of ArtsLab, an initiative created by five local foundations to develop the programmatic and operational capacity of small arts organizations. Her previous experience includes work in organizational development, grant management, community assessment, strategic planning and implementation. Sharon teaches Management of Nonprofit Organizations and Cultural Programming & Evaluation.
