Nanette currently works in Eden Prairie Schools as the equity and inclusion coordinator. She leads the district in equity and provides professional learning for staff to eliminate the racial achievement gaps and integrate the schools through community involvement and student programs. She holds an M.A. degree in anthropology from the University of Minnesota. Nanette provides consulting services in racial equity, cultural competence, curriculum reconstruction and race relations. Nanette is co-author of Eden Prairie Schools - A Case Study with Dr. Melissa Krull, chapter 11 of More Courageous Conversations About Race by Glenn E. Singleton, Corwin Press, Thousand Oaks California, 2013. She also writes a blog called CultureIntel and is a licensed IDI coach.
