Stacy Wells is a dedicated educator with a variety of professional experiences, including diversity and inclusion training in the private sector, elementary and middle school teaching, K-12 district wide administrator, and higher education faculty. She is currently the Integration and Educational Equity Coordinator for ISD 196, Rosemount-Eagan-Apple Valley Schools. Her areas of specialty include teacher preparation, curriculum writing, and leadership development embedded in cultural competence and equity. She has presented research and conducted workshops on culturally responsive pedagogy, diversity, and cross-cultural leadership. She earned her B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from Drake University, and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas. She strives to make a difference for all children and in the tradition of the Maasai people continues to ask, “So! How are the children?”
