Michelle Trotter-Mathison, Ph.D. is a Licensed Psychologist at Boynton Health Service at the University of Minnesota. She teaches within the Counseling and Psychological Services Program at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Michelle completed an M.A. and Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota in the Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology program. She is co-author of “Resilient Practitioner: Burnout Prevention and Self-Care Strategies for Counselors, Therapists, Teachers and Health Professionals (2 ed.)” and “Voices from the Field: Defining Moments in Counselor and Therapist Development.” She has a small private practice in St. Paul, Minnesota.
