Jill T. Flower received both her masters and doctorate degrees from the University of Minnesota. After completing her degrees she began working as a clinical supervisor and program administrator for a nonprofit agency, and began a private practice. She now maintains a full time practice specializing in long-term therapy working with trauma, spiritual/existential issues, and supervision and consultation. She joined the Saint Mary’s University faculty in the early 1990s, and continues to be involved in teaching various classes, supervision, and advising.
