Since 2003, Saint Mary's University has offered degree programs in Apple Valley at the Partners in Higher Education site. The Partners in Higher Education, an agreement among Dakota County Technical College, Inver Hills Community College and Saint Mary's University, was formed in response to growing educational needs in the South Metro. With all three schools offering programs at the same convenient location, your degree - no matter what level you seek - is closer than you think!

Construction Notice
The existing signal system at 142nd St. has been removed from service. The following changes are in effect at this intersection:
- Northbound and southbound traffic does not have to stop.
- Stop signs will be in place on 142nd St. for eastbound and westbound traffic.
- This intersection will function as a ¾ intersection using delineators.
- Traffic traveling on Cedar Ave. will be able to turn left or right onto the side street, but traffic on the side street will only be able to make a right turn onto Cedar Ave. (no left turns or thru access).
Directions from the North via Cedar Ave.:
- Turn left (east) on 140th St. to Galaxie Ave.
- Turn right (south) on Galaxie Ave. to 142nd St.
- Turn right (west) on 142nd St. through the neighborhood, to our building. You will still be able to exit onto Cedar going north from our building.
Going South from Apple Valley Center:
- Turn right (east) at 142nd St.
- Turn right (south) on Galaxie Ave.
- Turn right (west) on 150th St. OR 160th St. to return to Cedar Ave.
