Since 2003, Saint Mary's University has offered degree programs in Apple Valley at the Partners in Higher Education site. The Partners in Higher Education, an agreement among Dakota County Technical College, Inver Hills Community College and Saint Mary's University, was formed in response to growing educational needs in the South Metro. With all three schools offering programs at the same convenient location, your degree - no matter what level you seek - is closer than you think!

Notice: Construction

The existing signal system at 142nd Street has been removed from service. A new signal system will not be installed at this intersection. The following changes are in effect at this intersection:

• Northbound and southbound traffic does not have to stop.
• Stop signs will be in place on 142nd Street for eastbound and westbound traffic.
• This intersection will function as a ¾ intersection using delineators.
• Traffic traveling on Cedar Avenue will be able to turn left or right onto the side street; however, traffic on the side street will only be able to make a right turn onto Cedar Avenue (no left turns or thru access).
