Give to the Max Day – Nov. 14

 

On Thursday, Nov. 14, Saint Mary’s University will compete against other Minnesota colleges and universities for first place, an additional $10,000 in funding and a year’s worth of bragging rights during Give to the Max Day. Help SMU compete on the leaderboard for additional cash prizes!

  • 1st place – $10,000
  • 2nd place – $7,500
  • 3rd place – $5,000
  • 4th place – $2,500
  • 5th place – $1,000
  • 6th – 10th place – $500 each

To participate, you must donate online between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 14 or schedule your donation now!

Are you a night owl or an early riser? Consider making your gift during the Power Hours. Nonprofits and schools that raise the most money during each of five power hours will win a $1,000 prize grant.

  • 2:00-2:59 a.m.
  • 5:00-5:59 a.m.
  • 5:00-5:59 p.m.
  • 6:00-6:59 p.m.
  • 11:00-11:59 p.m.

The organization from each leaderboard category (all nonprofits and schools, medium nonprofits, small nonprofits, and Greater Minnesota) and the school that raises the most from will each win a $1,000 prize grant, for a total of $5,000 in prize grants each power hour!

At the end of the event, GiveMN will draw a “Super-Sized Golden Ticket,” a $10,000 prize grant added to a person’s donation, randomly selected from donations made throughout the 24-hour event. You can break your total donation into several smaller amounts, i.e., $100 broken into 10 individual gifts equals 10 times the chances of winning the golden ticket!
