Vaughn receives leadership award from Minnesota Campus Compact
Congratulations to Manire Vaughn, a junior Human Services major, who was recognized by the Minnesota Campus Compact at its 20th Anniversary Summit with a Presidents’ Student Leadership Award. The award is presented to an individual who models a deep commitment to civic responsibility and leadership.

Manire was recognized for his commitment to social justice as evidenced by his leadership of Saint Mary’s University S.O.U.L. mission trips to work with the underprivileged, and by his work as a resident assistant and as a member of the Solidarity Council, where he has developed and presented programs on social mobility and diversity for our students.
