Twin Cities library presents SuperSearch to meet needs of adult learners

In order to meet the needs of adult learners and in support of strategic goals for enhanced online learning and enrollment, Twin Cities campus librarians have launched SuperSearch, a single search for articles, books, and more. SuperSearch blends the simplicity of Google with the credibility of library resources.

By combining all Twin Cities Library resources into a single search, SuperSearch brings underutilized resources to the fore, reduces interlibrary loan requests and copyright fees, and provides full text resources to online learners. Twin Cities campus librarians made SuperSearch accessible to the public, so prospective students may browse Twin Cities Library’s 180 million academic resources. SuperSearch can be accessed from Twin Cities Library’s website at www.smumn.edu/tclibrary.
