The Registrar's Office on the Winona campus serves all Winona-based undergraduate and graduate, Program for Advanced College Credit (PACC), Christ the Teacher Institute for Education (CTIE), and Maryknoll Institute of African Studies students.

The Registrar's responsibilities include course building, student registration, grade entering, providing information about progress towards degree completion, student access to his/her official academic records, and enrollment and degree verification.

The Registrar's Office on the Winona campus is located in room 29 of Saint Mary's Hall. The office is open during the academic year from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and  from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the summer.
