Psychology Department Events
The Psychology Department at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota has had a long history of involving students and faculty in events outside of the classroom. Informal events have included a fall kickoff playing volleyball on the sand courts and a senior salute in the spring. Presentations have included experts in autism, cross cultural psychology, and industrial organizational psychology. Faculty and students have attended conferences together across the Midwest. Students have presented research at fall and spring Psychology Symposia.

Psychology Department Organizations
The Psychology Club and Psi Chi are the two most prominent student-led psychology organizations at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. The Psychology Club is open to anyone interested in psychology, and has sponsored a variety of events, from the annual volleyball game to movies to presenters. Psi Chi is the local chapter of the national psychology honor society, and its members have sponsored events including panel discussions, presenters, and convention attendance.
