Will I receive a tuition bill?
Billing statements will be e-mailed to your SMUMN e-mail account after the 21st of each month.

When do I pay for my classes?
Payment for classes is due the 15th of the following month after the first day of your class. For example, if your course begins September 4th, your payment will be due October 15th.

How do I pay for my classes?
Tuition bills may be paid by personal check, money order, ACH (Automatic Clearing House) or credit card online, or by loan funds directly applied to a student’s account. Saint Mary’s University uses CashNet to process online payments. CashNet is a PCI Security Standard compliant website. You may access CashNet through WebTools or the link on your electronic eBill.

No fee will be charged for ACH transactions. A non-refundable fee of 2.75% of the total amount charged on the credit card will be applied to the transaction.

What if I get tuition reimbursement from an employer?
Be sure that every semester you receive tuition reimbursement you fill out the form found here: http://www.smumn.edu/gradproforms You will also need to submit your employer’s reimbursement policy the first semester you are receiving reimbursement. Submitting this information defers your billing to 30 days after the semester ends.
