You can make a difference for the Saint Teresa Leadership and Service Institute for Women in many ways.

• Be a kindred spirit. Help us recognize opportunities. Suggest speakers, seminar ideas, articles, books or movies. Offer ideas for activities.
   
• Encourage young women to consider the Institute for their college education. The Institute offers women opportunities to develop practical skills, shape their own leadership styles, and demonstrate their courage and confidence. Invite young women to examine what we offer.
   
• Participate in our activities. We plan events, seminars and workshops, and other activities to benefit the women of the Saint Teresa Institute. We hope you will join us.
   
• Mentor a student. As Institute students explore majors and career possibilities, we need women to be resources for them.
   
• Make a contribution. Click here to learn more about opportunities to support the Institute. As with any new initiative, we need financial support. The student’s tuition covers the educational portion of her Institute experience, but there are still many co-curricular activities and operational expenses for which we need to raise funds. A financial donation of any size will help the women in the Institute.
   
• Share your talents. We need help with our organizational activities, including marketing, event planning, and fundraising. We need seminar and workshop leaders. We are thankful for any talents you choose to share.
   
• Sign up for the Institute’s e-mail newsletter. This publication keeps you up-to-date on all our latest developments. The more you know about us, the more you can share with others.
   
• Be a role model. Continue to lead by demonstrating Teresan values in your everyday life.
   
• Sponsor a student. Our students do not pay any extra tuition or fees for their involvement in the Institute. Yet we are committed to creating the opportunities for our students’ personal and professional growth. Institute students participate in service activities, discussions, seminars, projects, and events designed to prepare and encourage them to assume leadership roles. We are asking women – either as individuals or as groups – to sponsor a student to cover these extra costs. 
   
• Spread the word. Tell people about the Saint Teresa Leadership and Service Institute for women. Encourage people to get involved. 
   
• Make a tribute gift. Commemorate a special event or achievement by making a tribute gift in honor or memory of a woman you know. 
   
• Pray for us. Think kind thoughts. Pray for the Institute’s success. Send us positive energy in whatever way you find sacred. Become a prayer partner and choose an Institute student for whom you will pray. We can never have too many prayers. 
   
• Help us build a resource library. We are collecting books, DVDs, and music to have in our residence hall for the students. Send us something you find inspiring.
