Application for admission

Please read the following instructions before completing your online application to the Master of Arts in Instruction program.


I understand that I must submit all materials required for admission to Saint Mary's University of Minnesota prior to admittance.

I understand that I am responsible for requesting official transcripts of my records and/or exams from the institutions involved and that Saint Mary's University will accept only those transcripts mailed directly from the Registrar of each institution I have attended.

I understand I must provide a US $50 nonrefundable application fee. Make check or money order payable to Saint Mary's University.

I understand Minnesota State Law (M.S. 135A.14) requires that all students born after 1956 and enrolled in a public or private post-secondary school in Minnesota be immunized against diphtheria, tetanus, measles, mumps, and rubella, allowing for certain exemptions. An immunization form will be provided to all accepted students. This form, confirming proper immunization, must be submitted within 45 days of attending class.
