Student Health
Overview

The Student Health Service staff adhere to the philosophy that decisions you make in the areas of nutrition, exercise, relationships, stress and other aspects of your life greatly affect your overall state of health.  It is our desire to assist you in achieving and maintaining the highest level of health possible for you, in order that you may fully engage in your academic endeavors.

Services are therefore designed to assist you when you when you become ill, as well as to help you prevent illness.  We provide treatment for minor illnesses and injury, non-emergency medical care, some laboratory testing, health counseling, education and referrals.  In addition, we work with students to modify or remove health related barriers to learning such as special housing or nutrition accommodations due to a health concern.
