While attending Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, ALL International Students are required to have health insurance in force to cover medical expenses in case of illness, accident and major medical expenses such as emergency care, hospital stay, etc. Medical insurance will not cover dental expenses or any preventative medical care.
Full and part-time non-international graduate students do have the option to purchase insurance through the University if desired. Visit the Student Assurances website at: http://www.smumn.edu/insurance to complete the application form and or to complete the required waiver in the event you have a comparable insurance policy in place.
