One semester in the intensive intermediate program includes a one-year course in intermediate college Spanish. Fall semester intermediate students may continue in the upper division Spanish program during the spring semester. Both programs offer courses in the areas of Spanish civilization, literature, political science, economics and current events. Students generally earn 15-16 credits per semester.

Students have two housing options, homestays and student residences, that include full room and board. A homestay gives students a unique insight into Spanish culture by allowing them to become part of a Spanish family. The same-sex student residences house mainly Spaniards. The common areas have refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, computers with Internet access and TVs for use at no extra charge. |
Contact Renee Knutson, Director of Study Abroad, to discuss program fees and financial aid.
