Watters Hall, formerly Damian Hall, was used as a seminary until 1972. At that time, Saint Mary’s purchased the building and converted it into office and classroom space as well as a residence hall. This building was renamed Watters Hall in 1987 in honor of Bishop Loras Watters, retired bishop of the Winona diocese. Watters Hall houses thirty graduate students in a two-rooms-for-one-person setting. Each student has a single bed room and another single room to use as a study. The undergraduate LaSallian Honors Program, classrooms and faculty offices are housed in this building.
