Pines Hall is the smallest residence hall on campus. It houses 40 co-ed upper-class students in spacious double rooms (single sex) with private bathrooms. To live in Pines, you must be of junior or senior status or at least 21 years of age. Pines lobby/lounge is a great place to socialize and/or study with comfortable seating, fireplace, TV and DVD player with laundry and computer facilities located next to lobby/lounge area.

The rooms are approximately 15.5’ x 20’ with private bathroom and shower, carpeted, air-conditioned, and blinds furnished for the windows.

Common areas included in the hall are: lounge, two kitchens ( one kitchen with large eating or studying area) oven, microwave and refrigerator, computer room with 3 computers and 1 printer, laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers (fifty cents per load). |
