Saint Mary’s Residence Halls
New Village

 
Est. 1973
The New Village occupies a wooded tract south of Ochrymowycz Soccer Field on the edge of campus and provides four-person, two-bedroom apartments built in a two-story pattern for 105 male or female students. Each unit is single sex. To live in the New Village, you must be of junior or senior status or at least 21 years of age. The Village enables students to experience apartment living while maintaining the benefit of on campus living.

The living/kitchen area and bedrooms contains cable and computer hook up and telephone.

The Villages are carpeted, window air-conditioners with blinds furnished for the windows.


Common Area

Laundry room with 3 washers and 4 dryers (fifty cents per load).
