Oral Communications Requirements

Oral Communication Requirement
Complete one course coded for oral communications. Presently TA101Oral Communications is coded; other courses TBA.

  1. Students will understand and apply the principles of effective oral communication in formal presentations, demonstrating an understanding of the distinctions between persuasive and informative speech.
  2. Students will develop and use active listening skills in order to analyze and respond to peers' presentations.
  3. Students will create and use with competence audio-visual aids to enhance their presentations.
  4. Students will acquire the skills of dialogue by participating in group discussions.]
