Melissa Luedtke is an Assistant Professor in the School of Education at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Melissa came to Saint Mary’s in 2003. She teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses in education and supervises student teachers.
Prior to her time at Saint Mary’s, Melissa taught elementary, middle, and high school in the K-12 public education system for 28 years. She has degrees in K-12 music and elementary education and has taught all subjects at the middle school level. Melissa received her BA from Hamline University, her master’s degree from the University of Minnesota, and her Ed.D in educational leadership from Hamline.
Melissa and her husband, Carl, live in Preston, Minnesota. They have two adult children, Seth and Sasha, and four grandchildren: Alexis, Aidan, William, and Rose.
