Preston Lawing is an Associate Professor and Chair of Art and Design at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
Preston has maintained an extensive exhibition and research program, including investigating non-toxic alternatives in contemporary printmaking studios and developing curricula for university printmaking programs which include new technologies and alternative print processes. His special interest is European style marionette carving.
