Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services
Sheryl Moinat, Ph.D., L.P.

Dr. Sheryl Moinat is an industrial/organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the field of strategic human resource management, including extensive expertise in leadership assessment and development, career counseling, and organizational development. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she is President of St. Croix Consulting Services, a firm specializing in improving organizational effectiveness. She has delivered presentations to community organizations on leadership, teamwork, and performance issues and has authored several white papers on performance feedback and competency modeling.

Dr. Moinat is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Minnesota Professionals for Psychology Applied to Work, Minnesota Career Development Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Sheryl earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California in Santa Barbara and a Master’s in social psychology from California State University at Long Beach. After completing her doctorate in social-organizational psychology at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California, she completed a post-doctoral internship in industrial/organizational psychology at Psychological Services, Inc. in Los Angeles. Dr. Moinat has taught courses in assessment, career development, industrial/organizational psychology, human relations, and general psychology.
