Academic Search Premier
Large, scholarly, multi-disciplinary database indexing more than 8,000 journals with full text for more than 4,600 titles of which more than 3,500 are peer-reviewed publications. Some 30 journals are specifically focused on theatre.

This service covers full text, quality-controlled, scholarly journals. As of August 2007 there were 9 journals in the performing arts field. Search is by individual journal.

Combining Gale Group's core literary databases in a single online service, the Literature Resource Center covers more than 120,000 novelists, poets, dramatists, journalists, and other writers, with in-depth coverage of 2,500 of the most-studied authors. Provided by Gale's InfoTrac.

A comprehensive literary reference database, which provides users with a broad spectrum of reference information from antiquity to the present day. LRC is a completely full-text database that combines information from over 1,000 books and monographs, major literary encyclopedias and reference works, hundreds of literary journals, and unique sources not available anywhere else. MLA International Bibliography
Offers a detailed bibliography of journal articles, books and dissertations. Produced by the Modern Language Association, the electronic version of the bibliography dates back to the 1920s and contains over 1.8 million citations from more than 4,400 journals & series, and 1,000 book publishers. Includes coverage of the dramatic arts.
