Practicum Deadlines and Procedures
A detailed outline of all practicum deadlines and procedures is available online. Important dates are as follows:
Practicum Approval Forms (PAFs) are due:
Fall- August 15
Spring- December 15
Summer- April 15
Notice of Intent to begin Practicum forms are due:
Fall- Preceding May 20
Spring- Preceding September 20
Summer- Preceding January 20
June 8, 2008 Graduation:
The signed advisor approval forms and four copies of the integration paper are due to Dr. Steve Peltier by April 1, 2008. The Application for Graduation and Commencement is due to Student Services on or by April 18, 2008. All academic requirements must be completed by May 23, 2008.
October 12, 2008 Graduation:
The signed advisor approval forms and four copies of the integration paper are due to Dr. Steve Peltier by August 1, 2008. The Application for Graduation and Commencement is due to Student Services on or by August 15, 2008. All academic requirements must be completed by September 19, 2008.
