The Writing Center offers students instruction in and feedback on writing at any stage of the writing process, from brainstorming and prewriting to drafting, revising, and editing. The goal of the Writing Center is to help students grow as writers by providing guidance in academic writing. This is done through individual consultations in which students dialogue one-to-one about their writing with a writing tutor. Writing Center hours are:
Monday through Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday through Thursday – 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday – 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Students are encouraged to stop by or telephone Ext. 1432 to schedule an appointment. |
