"Real World 101: Surviving Life After Saint Mary's" Senior Conference

This exciting opportunity is available only to seniors. Below you will find a schedule for January 27th.

Budgets and Personal Finance,
presented by Cliff Bujold
Topics include:  Sound financial concepts and practices, spending, borrowing, saving, investing, credit cards, and credit ratings.

A Bright Future: Taking the Next Step into Graduate School, presented by Sarah Fisher '04 & Anna Shields '04
 
Topics include: making the decision to attend graduate school; an outline of SGPP programs; graduate application process; and a question and answers section.  

Job Leads, Job Fairs, and Random Sage Advice, presented by Ryan Rosenberg '00
Advice, stories, and a round table discussion on how to seek out and secure the job of your dreams.  Come with a question or two in mind!  

Staying connected to SMU, presented by Meg Richtman '97 & Bob Fisher '97 
We will showcase the new Young Alumni Program, the Online Alumni Community and many other programs to keep you connected to classmates, friends, fellow alumni, faculty and staff! 

Tips and Tricks for Resume Writing and Interviewing, presented by Megan Germo '05
Topics include: what content to include in a resume; how to structure information to appeal to your future employer; and what to expect from the interview process.
