First-year halls are substance-free, traditional, corridor-style halls housing between 40 to 100 students. Four of the halls are centrally located on campus near the dining hall, student mailboxes and athletic facilities. Incoming first-year students are placed in double rooms with a roommate.

The Living Learning Communities provide a living space where students share an academic and co-curricular experience. Students will be engaged in structured activities within the residence environment and will interact with faculty and peers.
Our upperclass halls are co-ed. These halls house between 40 to 139 students. Living arrangements range from traditional, corridor-style residence halls to suites with a bathroom, shared bedroom with a bathroom, single room, and apartments with a bath and an efficiency kitchenette. Some of the halls alternate female/male by floors, while others alternate by room. The mission of the villages (apartment-style living) is to prepare mature and responsible junior and senior students for the more independent lifestyle they will experience after graduation.
