Heffron Hall was the second major building in the early history of Saint Mary’s and honors the founder, Bishop Patrick R. Heffron. It houses 93 co-ed sophomore through senior students in single rooms. Rooms have hardwood floors, beautiful woodwork, and wide hallways, with great views of campus and the surrounding bluffs. Heffron’s various floors have undergone recent renovations and in 2007 all of its bathrooms were converted into semi-private bathroom/shower rooms.

- three TV lounges
- laundry rooms on all floors, with two washers and dryers each ($0.75/load wash, $0.50/load dry)
- community kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator
Layout
Rooms are approximately 8’ x 13.5’ and furnished with window blinds and fluorescent lighting.
Approximately half of the rooms are carpeted (207, 209, 236, 237, 312, 324, 326, 328, 407, 412, 413, 419, 423 and 428); others have hardwood floor.
