Your introduction to life at SMU

Congratulations on selecting SMU! Starting college is a very exciting time and New Student Orientation & Registration (NSOR) will help you understand what it means to be a Cardinal. At NSOR, you will learn about the many opportunities to get involved on campus, and the many resources that will help you succeed at SMU. 

At New Student Orientation & Registration, you will:

  • Learn about resources available to you as a Saint Mary’s student
  • Recognize the college’s academic expectations
  • Understand what it means to be a part of the Cardinal community
  • Meet other new students, faculty and staff who will soon know you by name

These sessions are for students starting at SMU in August, 2013

May 20 (Students in the Honors Program, Living Learning Communities and students confirmed by February 1)
