| 9:45–10:30 am | Welcome & Life on Campus Skit, Page Theatre Welcome to the SMU community! You will be informed of what to expect today, as well as what's to come in the next four years. The Orientation Leaders also have a surprise in store for you! |
| 10:30–11 am | Academic Success at SMU, Page Theatre Learn tips to help you navigate through the first–year academic challenges, course selection, academic observations, and the academic advising process. Also learn about the Living Learning Communities. There will be an opportunity for questions. |
| 11:15 am–12:15 pm | Lunch, Toner Center Dining Room Enjoy an SMU lunch provided by Chartwells, SMU's food service. |
| Groups 1–5 and their families/guests will eat lunch from 11:15– 11:45 am and attend the Resource Fair from 11:45 am to 12:15 pm. | |
| Groups 6–10 and their families/guests will attend the Resource Fair from 11:15–11:45 am and eat lunch from 11:45 am–12:15 pm. | |
| 11:15 am–12:15 pm | Resource Fair, Toner Center Lounge Essential offices and departments will be available for students and families to get questions answered and to learn more about resources available on campus. |
| 12:20–1:40 pm | Academic Advising Meet a faculty adviser regarding your intended major or, if you are undecided, courses that interest you. |
| 1:40–1:45 pm | Orientation Group Check–In Regroup with your Orientation Leader in the Saint Mary's Hall Park, they will help guide you through the next three sessions. |
| 1:50–4:20 pm | Course Registration, SMU Technology, Orientation Tour |
| Course Registration, Hendrickson 19, 23 & 24 With assistance of faculty, go online and select your courses for your first semester at SMU. |

| 4:05–5 pm | Residence Life at SMU, Figliulo Recital Hall / Page Theatre A Residence Life staff member will introduce you to what it is like to live on campus and answer any questions you may have. Students living off campus will meet as a smaller group to talk about getting connected on campus while you live off campus. |
| 5 pm | Check–Out, Saint Mary's Hall Turn in all of your NSOR paperwork and get your brand new Cardinal Pride T-shirt! Please fill out your evaluation forms, we want to see how you enjoyed your day! |
