Scholarship Information

International Scholarships

Saint Mary’s in its effort to attract talented international students to our undergraduate residential campus offers a limited number of academic scholarships. Consideration for scholarships is based upon a completed student application and supporting documents. To receive full consideration it is recommended a student complete the application process as soon as possible.

Scholarship for Polish Students

A private organization known as the Wasie Foundation offers an excellent scholarship for high school students applying for undergraduate study.  Applicants must be citizens of Poland, and possess a Polish passport and a Polish birth certificate.  At the time of application for an undergraduate program, students must be currently enrolled in their last year of high school.  The Foundation has an agreement in place with Saint Mary’s for all primary expenses (tuition, fees, room, board, and books) to be paid for.

If you believe that you qualify, you must first apply and receive acceptance to Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.  The Wasie Foundation also has a separate application form which must be submitted before mid-March for consideration for the fall semester of each year.  You may contact Mr. Tod Haring ( in the office of undergraduate admission for information.
