Office & Staff

The Financial Aid Office processes all applications for financial aid at the university. This office coordinates federal and state awards of financial aid, privately endowed scholarships, the Federal Pell Grant, campus employment and all loan programs for higher education.

If you have questions on financing your education, direct your inquiries to the Financial Aid Office.

The Business Office acts as an on-campus bank, cashing personal checks, providing savings accounts and issuing money orders. This office also handles payment of funds owed to the university such as tuition, room and board, and other fees, as well as tuition refunds after withdrawal.

An introduction: Financial aid at Saint Mary's
The primary purpose of the financial aid program of Saint Mary's University is to provide assistance to students with financial need who would otherwise be unable to receive an undergraduate education at the university.
Applying for aid: The FAFSA & other options
Analysis of the applicant's financial resources is a required step in the university's review of requests for financial aid. The university accepts the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
