Watters Hall
Est. 1961
Watters Hall, formerly Damian Hall, was used as a seminary until 1972. At that time, Saint Mary’s purchased the building and converted it into office and classroom space, as well as a residence hall. In honor of Bishop Loras Watters, retired bishop of the Winona diocese, the building was renamed Watters Hall in 1987. Watters Hall houses 30 graduate students in a two-rooms-for-one-person setting. Each student has a single bedroom and another single room to use as a study. The undergraduate Lasallian Honors Program, classrooms and faculty offices are also housed in Watters.
