Are you a beginner or advanced swimmer looking for a swim clinic to complement your triathlon training goals? Are you interested in building your skills, techniques, confidence, and endurance for your next triathlon or open-water experience? Are you interested in trying your first triathlon, such as the Trinona, but worry about the swimming portion of the competition?
Many people are training for triathlons these days, AND many would like to train but are hesitant because they lack confidence in their swimming abilities.
