An open-water training & triathalon clinic for adults

Are you a beginner or advanced swimmer looking for a swim clinic to complement your triathlon training goals? Are you interested in building your skills, techniques, confidence, and endurance for your next triathlon or open-water experience? Are you interested in trying your first triathlon, such as the Trinona, but worry about the swimming portion of the competition?

Many people are training for triathlons these days, AND many would like to train but are hesitant because they lack confidence in their swimming abilities. This course is designed to complement the already-training triathlete’s workout – and also to encourage those who are a little intimidated by swimming, especially swimming in open water. We all have to start somewhere! So why don’t you just "Tri Swimming?"

In the pool – Participants will learn and improve swimming skills and techniques necessary for endurance training.

Athletes must be able to swim one length of the pool without the assistance of a floatation device.
