Brother William Mann, FSC, became the 13th president of Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota on June 1, 2008.

Brother William has spent almost 30 years traveling around the country and the world as a leader in the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, and as a guiding force in the evolution of the global Lasallian educational network.

The Business Office handles the financial affairs of the university. Services provided include accounting services, accounts receivable, accounts payable, student accounts, budgeting, staff & student payroll, staff benefits, Perkins Loan administration and risk management.

The Vice President for Financial Affairs oversees the functions of financial accounting and analysis, payroll and benefits, support personnel, buildings and grounds, tuition and collections, risk management, bookstore and other vendor services, college and conference centers, technology, media and the computer center.

Financial Affairs

The General Counsel office provides legal counsel, manages legal risk, oversees compliance, and offers preventative advice to a wide range of university constituencies including the Board of Trustees, the President, the Vice Presidents, Deans and Program Directors, supervisors, and student organizations.
